There are two ways to secure your Manatu holiday house booking.

Visit www.airbnb.co.nz/h/manatu to view available dates, then email us directly at manatu.rarotonga@gmail.com to request your booking dates—this option gives you a 10% discount off the total cost of your stay. We will email you back once the booking is locked in and confirmed.
Rates
The standard rate is $599 NZD per night, with a minimum booking of 5 nights required.
Terms and Conditions
- Bookings are for a maximum of 6 people. Additional guests are not permitted.
- Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
- Bank details and payment instructions will be emailed at the time of booking.
- There are no payment options at the property. All booking fees will need to be paid through bank transfer prior to arrival
- Check in after 2pm. Check out before 10am on the departure date.
- The house is smoke free and pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed
